We’ve done the all hard work and got this Puriri to a point where we can hand over the reins to you. It’s great for grilling, Braai or Asado, and will hold a very even temperature in your offset smoker. You don’t need to use very much – a little goes a long way. Beautifully mild and subtle, Puriri won’t overpower your food in long cooks. Mix it with our other hardwoods to increase the flavour profile. OR use it on the brazier and stand back!
